2. What data we process

Depending on how you contact us, we may process: your first and last name, email address, phone number and the content of any message you send (contact form), as well as technical data about your visit to the website (IP address, browser type, traffic statistics) – only after you consent to cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process data to respond to enquiries and provide accommodation services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into one), while technical data from cookies is processed solely on the basis of your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner shown on the site.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies only after you give consent via the cookie banner. We use:

• Google Analytics – to analyse website visit statistics.
• Google Maps – to display the map with directions to the property.

Data related to the provision of accommodation services is stored for 10 years. Data from cookies is stored according to the settings of the respective tools (Google Analytics, Google Maps) until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, although in some cases (e.g. completing a booking) it is necessary to conclude and perform a contract.
